Reporting and KPIs
At Henning Harders, we are committed to continually reviewing cost saving opportunities within the terms of the supply contract. Together with our clients, benchmarking processes are identified / recommended and then measured.
Meaningful KPI's and service / operational performance assist our customers in effectively managing vendor performance. Reports can be customised and provided in an executive summary format with particular focus on effective management and reporting of vendor performance.
Client vendors performance are measured in areas such as goods received on time, condition of goods received, correct markings, etc. We can customise reports on a daily, weekly or monthly basis ensuring security and integrity at any time required. We are able to provide any data required stored in the database. Our integrated logistics systems enable us to provide a total logistics solution in terms of KPI's.
